Terms of Service — Metrobit

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Metrobit services operated by PT Kreasi Raya Nusantara, you agree to these Terms of Service in full.

2. Service Description

Metrobit provides cloud-based business software (SaaS) on a subscription basis, including but not limited to: ERP, Accounting, HRMS, POS, Inventory Management, CRM, and Billing.

3. Accounts and Subscriptions

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Subscriptions are per company and non-transferable.

Auto-renewal applies unless you cancel before the renewal date.

4. Payment

All prices are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR), plus 11% VAT (PPN).

Payments are processed via Xendit and/or DOKU.

Payment failure may result in suspension of service access.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy. A 14-day free trial is available on Starter and Professional plans.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use our services to:

Violate applicable Indonesian law.

Distribute malware or harmful content.

Reverse engineer our software.

Resell access without written permission.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Metrobit software and content belong to PT Kreasi Raya Nusantara.

8. Limitation of Liability

PT Kreasi Raya Nusantara is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes shall be resolved in the South Jakarta District Court or BANI.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time with 30 days' notice to registered users.
