Terms of Service — Metrobit

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Metrobit services operated by PT Kreasi Raya Nusantara, you agree to these Terms of Service in full.

2. Service Description

Metrobit provides cloud-based business software (SaaS) on a subscription basis, including but not limited to: ERP, Accounting, HRMS, POS, Inventory Management, CRM, and Billing.

3. Accounts and Subscriptions

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Subscriptions are per company and non-transferable.

Auto-renewal applies unless you cancel before the renewal date.

4. Payment

All prices are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR), plus 11% VAT (PPN).

Payments are processed via Xendit and/or DOKU.

Payment failure may result in suspension of service access.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy. A 14-day free trial is available on Starter and Professional plans.

6. WhatsApp Communication Services

We use WhatsApp Business API provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. to communicate with you:

Consent: By providing your phone number, you consent to receive messages via WhatsApp regarding your orders, account, and services.

Message Types: We may send order confirmations, delivery updates, account notifications, and customer service communications via WhatsApp.

Opt-Out: You can opt out of non-transactional messages at any time by sending "STOP" to us or contacting customer support.

Third-Party Provider: WhatsApp services are provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. and are subject to WhatsApp's Terms of Service (https://www.whatsapp.com/legal/terms-of-service) and Privacy Policy (https://www.whatsapp.com/legal/privacy-policy).

Availability: WhatsApp services are provided on an as-available basis and may not be available in all regions.

7. Acceptable Use

You may not use our services to:

Violate applicable Indonesian law.

Distribute malware or harmful content.

Reverse engineer our software.

Resell access without written permission.

Send spam, misleading, or unsolicited messages through our communication channels.

Abuse our messaging systems for harassment or illegal activities.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Metrobit software and content belong to PT Kreasi Raya Nusantara.

9. Limitation of Liability

PT Kreasi Raya Nusantara is not liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Disruptions or unavailability of third-party services, including WhatsApp.

Message delivery failures caused by factors beyond our control.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes shall be resolved in the South Jakarta District Court or BANI.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time with 30 days' notice to registered users.
