1. Free Trial

All Starter and Professional plans are available with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required. Access automatically ends after 14 days unless you subscribe.

2. Refund Policy

Monthly Plans

No refunds on monthly plans. You may cancel at any time and access continues until the end of the billing period.

Annual Plans

  • Within first 14 days: A full refund is available if requested within 14 days of purchase date.
  • After 14 days: No refund, but access continues until the end of the annual period.

3. Exceptions

Refunds do not apply to:

  • Custom implementation or onboarding fees.
  • Consulting services already delivered.
  • Promotional discount plans unless otherwise stated.

4. How to Request a Refund

Send your refund request to [email protected] including:

  • Order ID.
  • Reason for refund request.
  • Payment method used.

We will process requests within 3–5 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

5. Service Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support. Cancellation does not affect access until the end of the paid billing period.
